Chimes Collective Action Suit For Payroll Violations:
On August 12, 2019, we filed suit against The Chimes. A copy of the lawsuit is below. We believe the Chimes encourages and/ or allows wait staff to work off the clock. Under the FLSA an employee must be paid for every hour worked. We are going to ask the court to order the matter to be certified as a Collective Action. This means any current or former employee of the Chimes, who worked at any of the three locations, in the last three years, can join the Collective Action.
